Leading with CARE Learning & Membership Agreement

Thank you for joining Leading with CARE.
This Learning & Membership Agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities of both Leading with CARE and our members. By purchasing a membership, programme or course, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Commitment to You
Leading with CARE is committed to providing high-quality leadership development, educational content, resources, webinars and community experiences designed to support your personal and professional growth.
We will endeavour to provide a positive, supportive and engaging learning environment for all members.
2. Your Membership
Your membership provides access to the content, resources and community spaces included within your chosen membership level.
Membership benefits may vary between membership tiers and may be updated from time to time as our services develop.
Access is provided to the individual member only and may not be shared with others.
3. Respectful Participation
We believe meaningful learning happens in safe and supportive environments.
As a member, you agree to:
Leading with CARE reserves the right to remove content, suspend access or terminate membership where behaviour is inconsistent with these expectations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Leading with CARE remains the intellectual property of Leading with CARE.
This includes:
Membership grants you access to these materials for your own personal learning and professional development only.
You may not:
Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Confidentiality
Members may choose to share personal experiences, leadership challenges and professional reflections within programmes and community spaces.
We ask all members to treat information shared by others with respect and confidentiality.
Whilst Leading with CARE cannot guarantee the actions of individual members, we expect all participants to respect the privacy of others.
6. Payments, Renewals and Cancellation
Membership fees are payable in accordance with the payment plan selected at the time of purchase.
Subscription memberships will automatically renew until cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future payments from being taken but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made.
Where applicable, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, resources and community spaces, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Educational Disclaimer
Leading with CARE provides educational and leadership development content only.
Our programmes, resources, webinars and community discussions are intended to support learning and development but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Members remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and implementation of any learning.
9. Changes to Membership
Leading with CARE may update, improve or modify membership content, resources, features and programme materials from time to time.
Such changes are made to maintain and enhance the member experience.
10. Acceptance
By purchasing a membership, programme or course from Leading with CARE, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Learning & Membership Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
